TERMS AND CONDITIONS
\n1.- COMPANY ORGANIZER OF THE PROMOTION
\nThe company CLEMENT HOTELES SL located at Avenida General, 43 \u2013 28042 Madrid identified with the number CIF B-84183599, is organizing the \u201cChampionsLeague\u201d Weekend (from this point forward referred to as \u201cthe Promotion\u201d) at an international level,
\nThe objective of this raffle is to reward a Liverpool or Tottenham supporter with an opportunity to win a weekend stay for the championsleague final, 2 nights at Hotel Tach Madrid Airport or Clement Barajas Hotel for 4 people in a Quadruple Room.<\/p>\n
2.-START AND END DATE
\nThe Promotion will start May 17th 2019 at 3:00pm and will end on May 24th 2019 at 1:00 p.m.<\/p>\n
3.- REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION AND INNER WORKINGS OF THE PROMOTION
\nThe requirements for participation are the following:
\n– The participant can live in any part of the world, as long as they meet the legal age requirements established by law.
\n– The participant must follow Twitter or Facebook hotel page and share \u201cThe Promotion\u201d in a original way.
\n– The users should include 2 hashtag (#CLEMENTHOTEL #TACHHOTEL).<\/p>\n
4.- CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION AND PRIZES
\nThere will be two (2) special prizes, one for each hotel. The Marketing Department will choose the winner out of the participants based on the originality, the uniquenes of sharing our promotion.

The 2 most original Facebook or Twitter sharings in accordance with the taste of Clementhoteles will be awarded the special prize.
\nThe prize cannot be exchanged for money or any other prize, nor can it be changed or altered. The hotel will need the winner to send an email with his\/her personal data and a Passport copy of every guest in the room to confirm the prize.
\nThe celebration of the contest, as well as the handing out of the prize are subject to the current fiscal regulations.<\/p>\n
5.- DISCUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES
\nIf it is proven that any of the Participants do not fulfil the specified requirements explained in the pre stipulated Terms & Conditions, or the information provided in order to participate isn\u00b4t valid, participation will be null and voided and will be automatically excluded from the Promotion losing all claim to the awarded prizes included in the Promotion.
\nIf any fraudulent activity is detected, the winner will automatically be disqualified and the prize will be awarded to the next choosen winner.<\/p>\n
6.-EXONERATION OF RESPONSIBILITY
\nIncluding but not limited to: we can not be held accountable for the possible loss, theft, delay, or any other applicable circumstance affecting third parties during development of said Promotion, nor can we be held accountable for the use of the prize from the Promotion by the Participant.
\nWe can not be held responsible in the case of force majeure or an act of nature that the carrying out of the Promotion or the full or partial enjoyment of its prize could impose.<\/p>\n
7.- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
\nIn accordance with the established General Data Protection Regulation, each participant in agreeing to the Terms & Conditions set forth consents to his personal data being incorporated in a file, in order to manage the contest, as well as spread and publicize the results, and carry out the handing out of the prize.

8.- CHANGES AND ACCEPTANCE
\nWe reserve the right to modify or amplify the promotional bases, in a way that does not malign or diminish the rights of the Participants of the Promotion.

9.- APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
\nThese Terms & Conditions will be enforced according to the current state law.
